Refund policy

At Whisked Cha, we take great care in sourcing and packaging our products to ensure you receive the freshest product possible. Due to sensitive storage conditions required for our products and its short shelf life after opening, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction in taste.

Damage or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via email (info@whiskedcha.com.au). To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, we may ask for photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your claim and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or store credit.

Important Notes

  1. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
  2. All products must be stored properly upon arrival to maintain their quality.
